You're disagreeing with Jones who puts UHI at around 0.05C and others who place it higher. Anything over 0.2C probably will take a lot of justification though, unless combining UHI with other land use changes.

That's not what I am saying. UHI is energetically insignificant. It's a local boundary layer effect that warms thermometers. It is invisibly small in the aggregate of energy flows within the climate system. That's why it cannot and does not warm the TLT. And your refusal to acknowledge this fact is the problem here.
