A few sites I've stumbled across recently....
I once came across a peer reviewed paper about birds killed by wind turbines on islands off Norway above the Arctic Circle. The whole list sounded like a sick parody of The Twelve Days of Christmas. I remember there were 23 sea eagles, ... and a crossbilled parrot.
That would be the Norwegian Blue.
I don't know who to tell this to, so. I read recently on the BBC text site (p154) that DEW (Duke Energy,Wyoming (? )) have been fined $1 million for the killing of fourteen Golden Eagles in the past three years on two of their windfarms.
How this will deter DEW from killing eagles and probably other birds I cannot fathom.
Odd too, to hide it away.
