European Researchers' Night events! mostly FREE
All seem to feature a lot of good non-climate lectures/stuff (not that much green propaganda this year)
- This will give you the opportunity to visit labs and meet some scientists..Those who haven't been before will learn that some scientists really know what science is ..and that some other scientists seem to have NO knowledge of how the proper scientific process works and/or have no grasp of common maths fallacies etc.
NHM NIGHT 5: London the Natural History Museum, London (no climate)

York has a very good list of events but includes some climate stuff eg
