Discussion > President Trump
HRC's "private" emails were routed via a "foreign entity" - Cheltenham anyone?
Just read that AG Sessions said in June that Strzok security clearance had been revoked - yet yesterday in his answers he says he still has it...
bit of a headscratcher....
t, I've read that he got the clearance back so that he could testify, or prepare.
NYT changed their headline about the testimony. Someone thinks that the media is about to dump him. He didn't do his side any favors yesterday. Too many people saw.

one wonders when the "great unraveling" proper will kick off...
That Strzok squeeze Lisa Page can apparently shrug of subpoenas looks odd from this side of the pond - I'm obviously missing something.
Mueller's indictment publicly disclosed the names of a dozen GRU officers engaged in computer espionage. What will the GRU leadership do? Of course, they will begin to treat their work with a certain degree of disbelief, knowing that they are all potential targets. In other words, Mueller slammed the door in front of the FBI counterintelligence officers. The FBI will not be able to flip these Russians, nor provide them with disinformation.
Putin just offered to let Robert Mueller come to Russia and question the 12 military officers he claims interfered in the US election
:-)
OT
apparently Barack Obamah is George Soros's biggest disappointment
He's just said it to the New York Times
They sure have taken their time to round up Strzok - and Maxwell always knew it went back to Hillary
we all know who controls Strzok
Since the text was turned over to Congress, investigators wondered whether it referred to the evidence against the Trump campaign. This month, they finally got the chance to ask. Strzok declined to say — but Page, during a closed-door interview with lawmakers, confirmed in the most pained and contorted way that the message in fact referred to the quality of the Russia case, according to multiple eyewitnesses.
The admission is deeply consequential. It means Rosenstein unleashed the most awesome powers of a special counsel to investigate an allegation that the key FBI officials, driving the investigation for 10 months beforehand, did not think was “there.”

I'm shocked ....
Strzok's purported role in the Obamah - Iran regime deal is a curious turn.
I'm shocked too!
A picture that says it all.

Tony Podesta offered immunity to testify against Paul Manafort- developing - one has to wonder at the scope of immunity offered?
The "investigation" is very obviously skirting issues pertaining to Hilary and DNC antics during the 2016 election and throwing off stuff like this to portray the actions of Mueller + chums as legitimate and unbiased actions of an apolitical and professional law enforcement exercise - but - I sincerely doubt that anybody with even a little knowledge of what's gone down believes them.
Desperate times call for desperate measures.... ?
One wonders when the contagion to the UK's spooks will get some air time?
America sneezes
Victor Davis Hansen piece on the left and TDS and the way forward....
One way forward seems to be impeaching DoJ man Rosenstein
The Contradictions of the Russian Interference Claim
Procurator-General of the Soviet Union Roman Rudenko, who presided over a wave of trials and executions during Stalin’s terror, used to say that “the most important thing during an investigation is not to implicate ourselves.”

Remember, Wolfe isn’t charged with the leaks, he’s charged with lying to the FBI. His lawyers inferring that Senators might be called to rebut the allegations, seems to imply that Senators might have authorized the content of those allegations; or, put simply, Senators might have authorized or instructed Wolfe to make the leaks to the media.
.…”to rebut some of the allegations” … “in the criminal complaint”Pause on that for a moment.

Tech centres attract spies from almost all parties .... but the combined efforts of the Podesta brothers to cultivate some rather narrow Russia <> USA trade opportunities look like they should get a good going over ....
Today's Dan Bongino show is worth a listen ....
Strzok said a lot and buried it in tedium .... Dan ties the salient detail with reduced advert breaks..
