Then there is the case of the accused being filmed and photographed by many “journos”, with the full list of his alleged offences given, all before the court case opens. Of course, there can be no prejudgement from any jury in this case just because of so much pre-trial (not post-trial) coverage, can there, because the defendant is Alex Salmond?

It is as ever no a simple narrative that one was first presented with

Firstly It was published in the end of October and the school had already dealt with the occurrence one month previously shorty after it happened.

No. You have failed to deal with your support for hate preachers. Posting more propaganda is not dealing with something.
Tommy Robinson boasting about his drug abuse and dealing, whilst pissed is hardly the behaviour of someone capable of rational thinking. Did he post it when still under the influence, because he thought it would boost his street cred? If so, can you explain why? The Sun newspaper has a large circulation, and they would not have run the story if it was going to harm circulation.
Tommy Robinson is just a legal liability causing trouble wherever he goes, with lies and deceit. You seem to be one of the few who have not realised that most of the population want nothing to do with him. Did you check why his videos were dropped before accusing websites of censorship as you posted here?
Deal with your own issues, rather than accuse others.

Irony that you still don't understand irony. You could ask someone to explain the Satanic Verses controversy to you, if you think inebriation is an excuse for Tommy Robinson to lecture on his drug dealing, and seek to pretend it never happened.
If you don't want to continue generating bad publicity for Hate Preachers, stop copying them.

I can of course continue answer every anti-Tommy argument point by point

For other people all they need to do is look at TR's own Facebook page directly
cos that's the quickest and cleanest way of following the issues
TR sometimes makes mistakes and quickly owns up
saying stuff like "I said this yesterday, but I'd got the wrong end of the stick, so let me correct myself"
Now you get people saying wacky things ..like "Tommy he's anti-Jewish"
..but of course Tommy has spent some time in Israel
He has a good friend there Brian Of London and I see see Brian has written a good summary of the current TR situation

Are all his utterances based on fact or fake news, as they may be used in evidence against him in any new Court appearance?
Do you think his boasts about drug deals generate respect? He seems to be inviting Police Drug Sniffer Dogs to track his every move, and follow any trail to known associates. People have left UKIP in droves, unwilling to be associated with Tommy Robinson.

Far-right activist and English Defence League founder Tommy Robinson could face up to two years in prison after the UK's attorney general levelled fresh contempt of court charges against him.
British Attorney General Geoffrey Cox has stated that it is “in the public interest” to bring new contempt of court proceedings against Robinson, 36, also known as Stephen Yaxley-Lennon.
“After carefully considering the details of this case, I have concluded there are strong grounds to bring fresh contempt of court proceedings against Stephen Yaxley-Lennon (AKA Tommy Robinson),” Attorney General, Geoffrey Cox QC MP said Thursday, as cited by The Metro.
“As proceedings are now underway, it would not be appropriate to comment further and I remind everyone that it is an offence to comment on live court cases.”
The first hearing in the new contempt of court trial has been scheduled for March 22 at the High Court in London.
Contempt of court is punishable by up to two years in prison and/or a fine. Robinson was found in contempt of court back in May 2018 for filming the defendants in an ongoing grooming gangs trial, potentially revealing their identities to jurors in the process. He successfully appealed to have that finding quashed.
The controversial and outspoken campaigner was recently banned from Facebook and Instagram, having already been banned from Twitter, for repeated breach of the companies policies on hate speech.

GC: people are not leaving UKIP in droves; the departure of a few high-profile people deflects from the fact that UKIP has seen a substantial increase in membership (something you will not hear from the BBC).
You call Tommy Robinson a “hate preacher”; can you give us some examples where he has preached hate? I’ll give you a little hint here: no-one who has been asked that has succeeded in finding anything, yet; this, of course, does nothing to stop them chanting what the BBC want them to chant, just like they do about climate alarms. GC, you might be suffering from Gell-Mann Amnesia.

Radical Rodent, I am no fan of the BBC or Guardian. Service providers have taken down most of Tommy Robinson's output, but Robinson has set himself up as police, prosecution, judge and jury too many times.

I am very pleased that Moslem gang rapists are being convicted, and that the Police, Social Workers, Courts etc are listening to the victims. Using Race, Colour, Religion, Creed, Class, Caste as a defence excuse or justification has had its day, and those that have allowed it to continue for so long deserve to spend some time in prison with those they sought to protect.
It is up to UKIP to represent, support or reject its Member's views and opinions. The media, including the BBC and Guardian have been presented with a wonderful anti-BREXIT card to play, UKIP's Tommy Robinson.

You are obviously unaware that TR’s visit to Mr Stuchbery’s house was in response to Mr Stuchbery visiting TR’s house, knowing that TR was abroad, with an entourage intent on harassing the inhabitants. This is a tactic popular with the left-wing, as Nigel Farage and Jacob Rees-Mogg have also found out – the children of such “hateful right-wingers” are as fair game as the “hateful right-winger” is. Now, can you find a “primary source” of Tommy Robinson’s hate-speech?
As for your other point, this is a good example of what “moderate” means, to some people.

He had no idea why he was posting videos of himself, under the influence, boasting about his drug deals.
I have no idea if he is addicted to pharmaceuticals, but he is certainly addicted to self publicity, playing the victim card when caught out, and leaving a trail of aggrieved parties in his wake.
I have no idea whether the Guardian news of 7th March was a consequence of their news of 5th March
Are you aware of why service providers dropped his videos? Are you aware that some of his videos were pulled down before? If you can track those down, you would be able to answer your question.
I consider information sourced via Tommy Robinson as reliable as Phil Clarke's. Some of it MAY be true, but with such a track record of lies and deception, who can tell?
Tommy Robinson has been busy generating evidence for the Police to investigate offences that were NOT connected with the original Contempt, even though he claims not to remember it all. Surely his Legal Advisers suggested he keep a low profile until after the retrial?

I, too, was in doubt about TR, given all the negative news about him; unlike you, it seems, I decided to look for myself (as I did with Trump; guess how that turned out…). While he certainly has what might charitably be called an abrasive form of presentation, I have not seen any of the behaviour that is ascribed to him. I started (quite accidently, as it happens) with his address to the Oxford Union, then followed the links down the side on the Youtube site; his handling of Piers “Morgan” Moron was particularly enjoyable.

I hitch-hiked to Manchester and saw the #Panodrama presentation live and it confirmed what I have seen from hour of livestream footage I have watched
Reasonably large crowd , magnitudes bigger than the counter protest crowd, which was held by police in a herras fence pen at the other side of the BBC building
.. whilst we we crowd like a Tammy Wynette concert , yes largely older and white and 80% male
but the police knew to expect no trouble from TR's lot they chatted with us no problem, but chose to be sparse and well back from us,
Just twice TR stewards flowed through the crowd to the entrance ways when antifa agitators turned up and were refused entry.
I was early and passed by Ezra and taked to one of TR's official photographers who just happened to be black.
I could go more into the diverse nature of the crowd , they weren't a stereotype.
. The type of crowd was like a Tammy Wynette concert not uptight like near the end people would just let you through until you were stood just behind the disabled on their motorbility scooters etc.
People picked up their litter etc.
Before the main film TR played his wedding video in tribute to his wife ..there were of course black people at his wedding And TR talked about the times when Muslims have been in his Mum's House or his own house

BTW Tr's Australian/Israeli friend Avi did sneak into the counterprotest crowd and on TR's screen he played the comment from those counter protesters basically telling him the Jewish guy "you work with a Nazi"

Last weekend's incidents well if you follow TR videos when they come out you know what's going on , but if you get it through the filter of the press then of course things look weird.
I never forget that those girls children groomed/raped/traded/prostituted are the real victims.

I'm not in the least bit surprised he lost. The part that surprised me is this:
"The judge ordered that Mr Yaxley-Lennon pay £20,000 towards the defendant's costs."
It is, of course, normal, for the losing side in a civil case to pay a significant proportion of the winning side's costs. In my (admittedly out-of-date) experience it is unusual for the Judge to assess costs there and then at the end of a case. Maybe that's normal under the Civil Procedure Rules, which came into force shortly before I retired, as I know the CPR compel parties to provide details of costs in a much more up-front way than previously; I'm still surprised at the rapidity of the costs order detail, however.
