That is just PR BS from Renewables UK
With market privileges & subsidies for their Intermittent electricity there are EXTRA COSTS.
More turbines always equals more costly electricity

... and that is even without taking into account
the loss of oil/gas mining taxes to the tax pool
when you turn down fossil fuel power stations.

.. and the extra costs you get by turning off fossil fuel power stations, more often instead of running them more consistently.

"These new huge turbines are being made in Rotterdam for the UK Nkrth Sea area"

Greenpeace XR FoE, WWF and the other multimillion dollar multinational NGOs
are always campaigning for disinvestment in UK companies.

And I have to agree .. a wise person would be DISINVESTING from ALL UK business, not just fossil fuel biz
and moving themselves and their pension to another country
There is is no sense in investing in any UK business when politicians and government policy are in hoc to anti-maths green dreamery

You'd start a business which would make money, and then the government would change the rules on you
eg they'd drive you to get diesel vans then a few years later tell your diesel vans are evil.

Then at the same time when Green Mafia biz turn up with projects which depend on huge subsidies, our UK politicians will easily cave in and impose those subsidy costs on UK consumers and taxpayers.

More expensive stuff like electric bills equals bigger bills for a hospital equals less nurses for hospitals.
