I wonder if one of the post WWII youngsters on here could explain the concept of 'tethering' to me . I am led to understand it is some act between a consenting mobile phone and a proper computer. I have a close friend who, it is alleged , would benefit from such a process. Sometime we all need a little help.

I know S(he) has pretty much all the technical equipment that might be required.S(he) has been heard to echo Emo Phillips' plaintive cry that " some days it seems hardly worthwhile to gnaw through the leather straps."
