"So tell me again how the accident happened."
"Well I was distracted by the light bouncing off the windmill blades and I hit the tiger."
"The tiger?"
"Well only after I swerved to avoid the polar bear fighting with the panda."
"A polar bear and a panda were fighting?"
"Apparently the panda said the polar bear had no home now the Arctic was melting and the polar bear said he'd give the panda more than two black eyes if he kept up the warmist drivel."
"Have you been drinking?"
"Only one glass of Scottish whiskey, I swear."

Green = Grim. Got it! Agreed.

Apparently the Scots constitute 7.8% of the UK population and pay 14 % of alcohol duty. That explains the SNP perfectly adequately.

John Shade: "Green=grim" - is that using the Kaya Identity? It works for me!

Kevin
Perhaps due to the Scots consuming more whisky taxed at about £10 per standard bottle?

Exports of the spirit shot up last year to a record £4.2 billion, 23 per cent higher than 2010.

Daily Mail

ALso makes a contribution to the Scottish economy far greater than wind ever will

• £4 billion a year in gross value added to the economy;
• £1.1 billion invested annually on local supplies;
• 35,000 Scottish jobs supported across Scotland;
• £3.45 billion in exports (Scotch Whisky is Scotland’s second largest
export, after oil & gas);
• 60% increase in exports since 2000;
• £262,000 per employee (productivity is six times the Scottish
average); and
• £800 million new capital investment over life of the last Scottish
Parliament.

[On the lower right] "Beware: trespassers maybe [...] electrocuted" - I guess that means: '- electrocuted when the 'mills are turnin''.

Can we clear up one misunderstanding because I have always been lead to believe that Scotch Whisky and Irish Whiskey are the correct terms. Not Scottish Whiskey.

Should the warnings be in Gaelic first?

Oh, give me a home where the data points roam
Where the fear and the allotrope play
Where always is heard that disparaging word
And the lies are so clumsy all day

Nice one Josh,

On the hill - though, should have had 'Old goat' [bless him] chasing a Moonbat.

No reference to midges?

Think they are too small to effect matters?

Try sharing a tent/sleeping bag with a moderate accumulation.

"Free Wales" wouldn't last a weekend, nay mind his puffy pouches.

Bish is away good excuse for Open Thread Sunday.
Carbon Credit Ban for Russia

Russian Separatists one assumes accidentally shot this plane down over Ukraine and The West is gong to take sanctions against Russia.Could it be they impose a Carbon Credits Ban on Russia.

A Carbon Credit is basically a license to burn Fossil could it also be used as a License to drill for Oil Gas Coal etc.
So everyone on here Talks about Al Gore and the Environmentalists cynically manipulating the Carbon Credit market.
But certain say rival petroleum and Gas companies can buy up Carbon Credits quick and use them phase out their competition.

I think, Josh, that you may be closer to the sinister truth than you realise - in the USA, at least. With UN Agenda 21, such a scenario almost exists already, and will do so universally if they get their way.

It's all detailed here:
