You are advised to destroy the questionnaire by tearing it up (or shredding it if this option is available to you).

The General Register Office for Scotland (GROS) is committed to the Scottish Government environmental policy and recommends recycling in paper waste collection facilities where appropriate.

Ross - thanks for the BBC electric car link. I note that it calls up another story that includes an arresting quotation: "Charging your car overnight could be cheaper than filling it up with petrol, says Transport Secretary Philip Hammond". For something that everyone I know had taken as read, that sounds somewhat equivocal. Does he know something about electricity prices that we don't..?

Who would buy an electric car if it wasn't cheaper to run?
