That is after the gov has rejected a national scheme.
Wouldn't local schemes be open to manipulation...?

- So these people moan about cars damaging their lungs, then they stand next to the open fire in the pub.
Then they have BBQ parties
Incense candles.
Smoke joints.
So how many particles get in your lungs from log fires, BBQs and joints ?

Ford have decided that there is a more serious problem with SOME 1,6L versions so have an official recall of 1.6L Ecoboosts out of the the 100s of 1000s they sell,
so there is an official Safety Recall of 15,000.

If you put up half a tonne or a tonne in the air that is going to increase the the microgrammes in the air
..the theory is that once you get some rain the air is cleaned, so it's a temporary spike.
