Discussion > President Trump
@RR
A good effort by Dahlia I feel.
Immigrants are usually portrayed as leftist fodder - when we know that they are always a mixed bag and it's good to see this actually being demonstrated.
Expect some pretty full-on personal attacks from both sides....
Some people follow sport .... I've developed a taste for US politics as an absorbing diversion.
DJT on rising sea levels (I'm assuming....)

The facial hair looks a bit unnecessary and Schmidt Mann.
A warehouse full of emergency relief supplies from 2017 was just "discovered" in Puerto Rico.
The clear inference being that it was withheld to embarrass the present administration and that DJT was correct in accusing the local officials of playing politics with humanitarian assistance.....
ummm... apparently 800 pallets ... video here
I see Puerto Rico's Secretary of State confirms more warehouses on the island are still stocked w/ aid from the 2017 hurricane (that's now largely out of date too...).
One wonders at the dopiness of crooks that don't dispose of the evidence - in a proper banana republic the extended families and cronies of the corrupt pols would've emptied those warehouses and sold off the loot.
Hiding the supplies while blaming DJT for not helping - for short term media point scoring - looks to be coming back to sink its teeth into them....

Someone owns that modern warehouse and has been paying the electricity bill.
Hiding that quantity of emergency aid, provided for free by the US, would have benefitted the racketeers with food to sell.
Selling the entire contents of a large warehouse for twice the going rate, AND refilling the warehouse for FREE, would have involved quite a few people.
Hilary Clinton opines (a week ago) on 2020 POTUS election.
- when the only 2016 candidate with unequivocally proven links to Ukrainian and Russian crooks, spooks and cash speaks huh?
as far as the Puerto Rico warehouses are concerned - there must have been quite a few people "in the know" - why's it taken so long to drag it into the open?
why's it taken so long to drag it into the open?

The value of the free goods in the warehouse was falling as some went out of date. But the act of trying to shift them on, would have cost money, and revealed their existence. If there were no luxury goods, just basic staples, and no shortages in the shops, the value of the stock would have been less than 50% of retail value. Someone was losing money every day it was all there, plus the warehouse could not be used for anything profitable.
What happened that led to the Fire Services gaining access to the warehouse, rather than the Police?
Has a nutter taken over Hilary Clinton's Twitter account?

The output remains as deluded as it has always been.
I see the FISA court has now declared that least two of the four Carter Page spy warrants were illegal and more is on the way since the obviously misled courts have to review a whole bunch of related stuff.
One wonders when Schiff is going to shut up - that he'll get pranked again is a given.
tomo, as the Impeachment process lurches towards failure, Democrats standing for Election will need to distance themselves from the corrupt shambles. They will need to absolve themselves and blame somebody else. Democrats won't bother waiting for evidence, they have Schiff, the sacrificial scape goat.

"One of the invalid applications, dated April 7, 2017 was signed by disgraced former FBI Director James Comey. The other, dated June 29, 2017 was signed by former deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe and former deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein"
I see that yet again the BBC web site folk are tinkering with perceptions of their visitors depending on the visitors geographical location - little (as in no, none ) coverage is given to the content of Schiff's utterances in The Senate but the reaction of the audience (yawning, chewing pencils, dozing off and playing "Candy Crush") gets top billing as well as a long piece on "what Trump thinks about climate change".
The Dems must have agreed a game plan with the likes of CNN and CNBC - Schiff seems to have had two days + spewing fairy stories without challenge - are we simply waiting till he runs out of air?
Yeah... c'mon why isn't Lt.Col Vindman Ukranian defense minister?
I've seen repeated assertions that many of his colleagues would have celebrated the move.
clipe
do you (in Canada?) get adverts in your BBC content?
elsewhere
Gabbard has filed a $50 million defamation suit against Clinton for labeling her a “Russian asset.”
impeachment isn't the only legal circus going down ....,
Obamah's reticence in not endorsing Joe Biden is making sense
- but was it too little, too late?
Wolf Blitzer's face is a picture.....
and what was "man of the moment" John Bolton doing in Qatar last week?
From Senator Ted Cruz:
the impeachment trial: Schumer invited Lev Parnas to be his personal guest today at the trial. Minutes ago, Parnas was ejected from the gallery...because he’s wearing an ankle bracelet (as in GPS tracking tag) mandated bc he’s a criminal defendant accused of serious felonies!
and...
a-pparently Joe Biden is now telling people he wants Michelle Obamah as his running mate - when he's not telling them not to vote for him.
There will be a rash of suicides in the political satirist community if this carries on.
Tomo: WOW! 😮 Hope remains!
