Discussion > President Trump
If there's no need for a "covert dossier" why didn't they nail him with that lot then?
There's no shortage of politically bent lawyers and judges very obviously itching to bury the Trump dynasty.....

Can you explain what he has done?

Is that from your normal 97% inaccurate climate science lies and smears propaganda paymasters?
They seem to be implicated in promoting the Steele Dodgy Dossier, so have an excellent track record.

Are you and your paymasters still placing your trust in Mann's Legal experts?
GC. If you have no understanding of the threat he poses to democracy and world peace, I’ll not waste time and effort trying to convince you. You have let your opposition to climate science rob you of clarity to Trump’s failings.

If you think that involving the FBI in compiling and verifying a series of bogus stories about a Presidential candidate is acceptable, then you have lost your concept of Democracy.
Trump is getting US Boots off foreign soil. He has not gone to war with anyone, unlike his predecessors. The definition of a justified or necessary war is a tricky one, but those wearing the boots are not able to defend themselves against the stupidity and deceits of their own political leaders. Trump has stood up to Rogue States, Terrorists and bullies. Can you not understand that?
I would prefer to see countries and the UN improving the lives, health and safety of all, not wasting billions on Climate Politics

WOW. Who did that?

Climate Scientists fabricate evidence, everybody knows that.
That's OK, GC. There's no obligation to substantiate your allegation if you choose not to. It's just the internet, after all.

Courts of Law are Courts of Law. Climate Science Peer Review is corrupt and incompetent.
Meanwhile, more lying Democrats exposed. I expect they believe in Mann's Hockey Stick.

So in which Court of Law was somebody convicted of 'involving the FBI in compiling and verifying a series of bogus stories about a Presidential candidate'?
and who was this individual?
But to repeat, you don't have to provide evidence if you do not want to. Any more than you need to explain the relevance of people's credence of a groundbreaking, but now two decades old paleoclimate reconstruction to a contemporary discussion of US politics.
Apparently Biden plans to hurt God.
If DJT hasn't tasked the FBI with investigating Biden and other Dems connections to the Chinese Communist Party - he's missing a trick
"But to repeat, you don't have to provide evidence if you do not want to."

Mann's evidence has never stood up in Court.
False claims by Democrats against Flynn are being held up in Court by a Judge ignoring rules of Law.
The Phil Clarke Collective understanding of Law and Evidence has a very poor accuracy and success rating.
I appreciate that repeated failures have never stopped Climate Scientists from repeating the same mistakes.
"GC. If you have no understanding of the threat he poses to democracy and world peace, I’ll not waste time and effort trying to convince you."
AK understands, the plebs are ignorant.
( Or it may be that AK has no clue. )

Charly. I defer to your obvious great knowledge upon these subjects.
As to further comments from me, I refuse to waste time and effort trying to even raise questions in the minds of those committed to Trump just because of his climate change views. You are more than willing to ignore or forgive any failings in other departments. Such blindness.
AK, if you think people on this blog are pro-Trump because of his approach to climate change, then you haven't been paying attention.
If you are going to assert that Trump is a threat to democracy and world peace, you could back it up with some evidence.
Steve McIntyre's twitter is a good source of information.

Charly, What part of “I refuse to waste time and effort trying to even raise questions in the minds of those committed to Trump “ don’t you understand?
Why don’t you amaze me by listing Trump’s positive features by perhaps comparing them to those of Bush (either one)? You might note that both Bush presidents declared their taxes.
AK, then you waste your time and effort to raise the question of Trump's taxes.
Ho hum.
Trump's taxes have been scrutinised for decades by the IRS.
Condescending. Childish. Boring.
Bush père et fils made a tremendous contribution to world peace.
"New World Order" and "Mission Accomplished".
Again, Trump's threat to "democracy and world peace"?
Trump's taxes have been scrutinised for decades by the IRS.
Yes, but not by the US electorate. Do you really not get why this is an issue? Based on his record it is a racing certainty that he is nowhere near as financially successful as he claims (honesty) and he is financially beholden to interests not exactly aligned with those of the average US voter (integrity).

Is your funding declared? If so, how much?
Did Fred Trump reprieve one of Donald's failing casinos by illegally buying millions of dollars in chips he had no intent of playing? Yep.
Did the NY Times reveal that President Trump participated in dubious tax schemes during the 1990s, including instances of outright fraud, that greatly increased the fortune he received from his parents?Click
Did Trump buy the silence of a playboy model and a pornstar after he did to them what he's doing to America? His lawyer says so
Did Trump settle a case brought by students of Trump's sham 'University' which alleged violations of the RICO statute, essentially a scheme to defraud, for $25 million? uh-huh
Did Trump close down the 'charitable' Donald J. Trump Foundation and pay $2 million to real charities after the NY AG found a shocking pattern of illegality” and “unlawful coordination with the Trump presidential campaign, repeated and willful self-dealing, and much more?" Yes
Has Trump transformed the Executive into a giant favour-factory 'populated with the agents or willing partners of virtually every special interest'? Here is a map of the swamp.
Did Trump appoint his son-in-law and his daughter, neither of which had held any posts in government, politics, or public service as advisors?
Did the secret service rent golf carts from the Trump Organisation to provide protection during his many golfing breaks? They did. Trump plays a lot of golf. He also visits one of his own properties on average about one day in three, the costs borne by the US taxpayer. The US Air Force started refuelling their long haul Middle East flights at a Prestwick civilian airport in Scotland, which meant the crew would stay at Trump Turnberry, a luxury golf resort.
Did Trump have somebody else take his SAT tests, getting into college on a lie? His niece says so.
Did Trump commute the jail sentence of his personal fixer and 'rat-f**ker', an act described by Mitt Romney as 'Unprecedented, historic corruption'? Yes
And of course he was impeached for corruptly linking military aid to an investigation into his political opponent.
And that's just scratching the surface. GQ did a timeline here.
No need for any covert 'dossier'; there's more than enough in the public domain to demonstrate this man is a mendacious, unprincipled, vain, xenophobic, misogynistic, untrustworthy cheat.
