- An allegation at Zero Hedge from Project Veritas's favourite fake video specialist James O'Keefe, based on an anonymous 'whistleblower'. Not credible.

- A grand total of 4 ballots in Michegan with incorrect dates of birth - insignificant, even if true.

- According to Forbes some absentee ballots were not delivered, so what? Things get lost in the post. It happens. Remember Trump refused a USPS request for extra funding for mail-in voting. The problem was spotted and new ballots delivered. No fraud. This story gets used twice.

- Some ballots got delayed in transit. This is incompetence, it is not fraud.

- The AG in Pennsylvania called the result early. This is not fraud.

- A postal worker was charged with stealing one ballot. This happened in October so presumably a replacement was issued.

- Two binbags of mail included some ballots were found in Sammamish. Again this was mid-Ooctober and the ballots were restored to the voters. No fraud occurred.

- There was an error that caused wrong ballots to be sent out to about 2% of voters in Columbus. The error was corrected, no fraud occurred.

- And so on. If this is the Big List', I would hate to see the Small, Bogus or Insignificant List. LOL.

In Allegheny County, with 35,413 ballots still outstanding, the election staff took the day off from counting on Thursday so that they could do “administrative work.”

The Secretary of State announced on Wednesday that Nevada would stop releasing election information until Thursday.

Democrat officials are giving the Biden camp private information about the margin of victory they anticipate for him.

People alleging significant fraud have a few questions to answer

1. Where's the evidence? In an election that has processed 143 million votes there are bound to be some glitches, cockups, communication breakdowns and so on. If you need to brand these as fraud to make your case, you have no case. Biden has attracted 4 million more votes than his opponent. A handful of illegal votes getting through is utterly irrelevant. He will likely end up with 290-310 electoral college votes, no amount of recounts, vexatious lawsuits or baseless fraud allegations is going to make a dent in that margin.

2. Why is it just the presidential race that was rigged? If you ignore Trump/Biden, the Republicans had a great night, far better than the opinion polls would have indicated, picking up seats in the House and in all probability retaining the Senate. How come the Democrats can rustle up hundreds of thousands of fake votes for Biden for not for their other candidates?

3. At least 2 of the swing states have Republican Governors, Georgia has a Republican Secretary of State, Biden's performance there is in line with the other states. If he is winning by fraud, why the F are Red states committing fraud on behalf of a Democrat?

Right now Trumps friends, family and advisors are drawing straws to determine who gets the awful job of telling him he has lost. Until then I predict Trumps' ugliness, wildly false claims, all-caps tweets and toxic lies are only going to get worse. He is even mad at Fox News.

You could almost call it deranged.

So not surprising that Trump surpassed his 2016 results by more than 12%, including a huge increase in black and Hispanic votes, after a great first term reviving the economy and his enthusiastic rallies.

A Trump campaign lawyer admitted before a federal judge on Thursday that observers for the campaign were allowed to watch ballot canvassing in Philadelphia, after they claimed in court and the President's supporters alleged they were being deprived unfairly. 

But the federal judge was having none of it, instead asking Philadelphia city officials to confirm Democrats and Republicans were being treated fairly to watch the ballot-counting and that they were allowed to watch the ballot counting in the city from six feet away.

When the judge pressed the Trump campaign lawyer if there were observers in the room from the campaign, the lawyer, Jerome Marcus, said, "There's a non-zero number of people in the room."

The judge, Paul Diamond of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, a George W. Bush appointee, also pointed out he believed the President's case appeared to have no reason to be in federal court, and even cracked a joke that the lawyer "shouldn't quit his day job" when the campaign handed the judge a hand-drawn map of the ballot counting room.

The windows were blocked, so what? There's nothing in law says counting offices have to allow people on the street to see inside, especially when there's a risk of intimidation from a chanting mob (Hint, there is no such thing as an 'unofficial Republican observer').

Lawrence Garcia, an attorney for the City of Detroit, said that the windows were partially blocked because of concern voter information could be wrongfully revealed to the public. Those concerns were compounded by the fact that protesters standing outside the ballot-counting area were taking photographs and recording video.

"Some -- but not all -- windows were covered, because poll workers seated just inside those windows expressed concerns about people outside the center photographing and filming them and their work," Garcia told CNN Business. "Only the media is allowed to take pictures inside the counting place, and people outside the center were not listening to requests to stop filming poll workers and their paperwork."

In Pennsylvania, partisan Democrats have allowed ballots in the state to be received three days after the election and we think much more than that.

It was the state Supreme Court that made that judgement.

Pennsylvania State law allows votes that arrive up to three days after Election Day to be counted, as long as they are postmarked on or before ED, these votes number in the thousands not the tens of thousands, and they have not even started counting them yet. When Trump's lawyer challenged the observation arrangements on two occasions the judge first ruled that the Board of Elections had complied with all its obligations and then that the legal challenge was frivolous.

They were not observers, they were just a group of protestors outside of the office on the street. Inside the building there were Republican observers, Democratic observers, independent observers, media and cameras. They were allowed to within 6 feet of the counters, if they saw anything suspicious they just had to raise a hand and submit their concerns, with evidence. Nobody did.

Biden is 34,000 votes ahead in Pennsylvania and climbing, are you really saying all those votes were illegally snuck in, and the fraud would have been prevented if only people on the street could see in?
