Naomi Seibt Appeal

Again, apologies to Andrew, I must get my own blog one day.

You will all have heard of Naomi Seibt. She is the so-called “Anti-Greta”. She was born in the year 2000 when the rest of us started the year by drinking at Millennium events, before being told we were celebrating a full year too early.

I admire this young lady, who is from Germany, and has an IQ of 157. She is happy to speak in public and then to be interviewed in English or in German. She does not support Greta’s views on Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming (CAGW). She has been employed by the Heartland Institute and given talks promoted by CPAC - The Conservative Political Action Group. They are both considered as right wing groups.

In Germany they have implemented and strengthened various laws designed to prevent any repetition of the authoritarian control and terrible, murderous policies of the Nazis.

Naomi Seibt has very recently been formally accused of the German equivalent of “Hate Crimes”. In her German Province of BBB if you associate statements critical of CAGW together with support of “right wing” political groups you are committing a hate crime.

It has been alleged that three videos that she posted on line breach these guidelines. Google has removed these videos from YouTube and I cannot verify what is said in any of them.

In her defence it is claimed that in one video she talks about the work that she is doing for the Heartland Institute but does not mention climate. In the other two videos she talks about the flaws in Greta’s declarations on climate but does not talk about the Heartland Institute.

To help her defence in court she deserves good legal support. She is just 19 and does not currently have enough money to properly mount her legal defence. If you think Naomi deserves your support and that you can afford so to do can I encourage you to make a contribution to the current appeal to support her.

According to Lord Monckton (no, keep reading), Fraulein Seibt has received a letter from the State Media Authority for North Rhine Westphalia, informing her that some videos she posted up on Youtube contravened local regulations (not 100% clear what rules she breached, no mention of 'hate crimes' or a court case that I can see,) and she was fined 'about $400' (again, according to Monckton).

Youtube has removed the videos, and as far as I know she has not posted the text of the letter so we're in the dark about some key facts.

Monckton of course is hopping mad and has done his usual thing of threatening a huge counterclaim

I recommend that the Landesregierung should give Fräulein Seibt immediate, full and unreserved apology on behalf of the defalcating Authority, together with substantial compensation – I suggest $10,000, with $2500 costs – for the distress and alarm to which its misconduct has unjustifiably subjected her and her family.

But he never follows up.

Note that Monckton is not asking specifically for a 'legal defence fund'.

It is an excellent demonstration of Climate Science in action. Big Green Funding, but no Science or scruples. St Greta will have to Chair the IPCC.

It may vary across the EU, but St Greta may now be old enough to be sued herself if she makes false statements, or face criminal charges for inciting hatred. The Germans get a little bit upset about that sort of thing.

Do you have independent evidence she is actually going to court? What is the offence? When is the trial? Why has Monckton said she might decide not to use your money for legal fees? Why has the letter not been published?

Lord Monckton claims to be a member of the House of Lords but 'without a seat or a vote'. There is no such role, and he was asked by the House to cease and desist from the claims. In his free time he has developed a cure for Graves’ Disease, AIDS, Multiple Schlerosis, the flu, and the common cold. Every couple of years he claims to have discovered a 'fatal error' in the climate science consensus, when it is shown to be nuts, he moves on.

But if you want to give money to a 19 year old YouTuber on his advice, on the brink of a global recession - please feel free.
