Democrats and Climate Scientists just keep making up evidence, force Taxpayers to pay the costs, and innocent people in to Court.

CNN tells us that Biden has a black woman candidate for SCOTUS .... but Biden declines to name Michelle Obama

A perfect storm abrewing?
Trump threatening not to leave peacefully should he lose in November, a hyperconservative Supreme Court who may decide the election, and an armed electorate able and perhaps willing to contest the outcome whatever that is.

Trump puts himself forward as a Putin-lookalike strongman? States threaten to secede? Civil War II?

Refugees to Canada, Mexico and Europe?

AK

Do you think Biden can make it to an inauguration?

as far as refugees are concerned - I look at all the folk who promised to leave in 2016 if Trump got the job - and I cannot think of a single one that stuck to their word? - maybe they looked at the destinations you list and made their excuses...

Mueller attorney Rhee branded by FBI agent in charge of Flynn investigation as "obsessed with Flynn and Russia and she had an agenda".

That FBI agent refused to work with Rhee as a result.

go figure - as they say.

something wonky about finding 1000s of mail in ballots in a California dumpster ...

To investigate if Trump colluded w Russia, the FBI relied on info, paid for by the Clinton campaign, based on a source suspected by the FBI of being a Russian agent. The FBI then hid from the FISA court who paid for the info and the fact the source might be a foreign agent.

- begging for a Clarky debunk there

The Trump-Russia investigation found concrete evidence of anti-Clinton Russian interference in the US Presidential election, uncovered links between Russian government officials and individuals associated with Donald Trump, found ten occasions where Trump may have obstructed justice (but did not prosecute because a sitting president is immune), generated 34 indictments, 8 convictions and/or guilty pleas including 5 Trump associates or campaign officials.

Debunk that.

concrete evidence of anti-Clinton Russian interference in the US Presidential election

really?

As set forth in detail in this report, the Special Counsel's investigation established that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election principally through two operations. First, a Russian entity carried out a social media campaign that favored presidential candidate Donald J. Trump and disparaged presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Second, a Russian intelligence service conducted computer-intrusion operations against entities, employees, and volunteers working on the Clinton Campaign and then released stolen documents.

The Internet Research Agency (IRA) carried out the earliest Russian interference operations identified by the investigation—a social media campaign designed to provoke and amplify political and social discord in the United States. … The IRA later used social media accounts and interest groups to sow discord in the U.S. political system through what it termed “information warfare.” The campaign evolved from a generalized program designed in 2014 and 2015 to undermine the U.S. electoral system, to a targeted operation that by early 2016 favored candidate Trump and disparaged candidate Clinton. The IRA’s operation also included the purchase of political advertisements on social media in the names of U.S. persons and entities, as well as the staging of political rallies inside the United States. To organize those rallies, IRA employees posed as U.S. grassroots entities and persons and made contact with Trump supporters and Trump Campaign officials in the United States.

… At the same time that the IRA operation began to focus on supporting candidate Trump in early 2016, the Russian government employed a second form of interference: cyber intrusions (hacking) and releases of hacked materials damaging to the Clinton Campaign. The Russian intelligence service known as the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Army (GRU) carried out these operations. In March 2016, the GRU began hacking the email accounts of Clinton Campaign volunteers and employees, including campaign chairman John Podesta. In April 2016, the GRU hacked into the computer networks of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and the Democratic National Committee (DNC). The GRU stole hundreds of thousands of documents from the compromised email accounts and networks. Around the time that the DNC announced in mid-June 2016 the Russian government's role in hacking its network, the GRU began disseminating stolen materials through the fictitious online personas 'DCLeaks' and 'Guccifer 2.0'. The GRU later released additional materials through the organization WikiLeaks."

Would this be a fair summary of salient information - here ? iirc there were two leaks from Podesta / DNC ...?

Russian hackers were able to access thousands of emails from a top-ranking Democrat after an aide typed the word “legitimate” instead of “illegitimate” by mistake - according to the Guardian.

- ever had routine Joe Public Gmail security triggered? - let alone a platinum chum account? - simply does not stack up.

- and Assange is a GRU Colonel ?

One hopes the actual circumstances of the DNC leak(s) come out. The GRU and Russian intelligence are not that ham fisted / dim - nope - not by a long chalk / country mile....

President Vladimir Putin ordered an influence campaign in 2016 aimed at the U.S. presidential election. Russia's goals were to undermine public faith in the U.S. democratic process, denigrate Secretary Clinton, and harm her electability and potential presidency. We further assess Putin and the Russian Government developed a clear preference for President-elect Trump. We have high confidence in these judgments.

Trump refused to commit to a peaceful transfer of power, his appointee killed the performance of the US Postal Service and had to be reined in by the judiciary even as Trump spread bullshit about virtually non-existent mail ballot fraud. He is ramming through a Supreme Court Justice appointment against the popular will. His campaign officials are apparently exploring ways to bypass an adverse democratic result:

According to sources in the Republican Party at the state and national levels, the Trump campaign is discussing contingency plans to bypass election results and appoint loyal electors in battleground states where Republicans hold the legislative majority. With a justification based on claims of rampant fraud, Trump would ask state legislators to set aside the popular vote and exercise their power to choose a slate of electors directly.

On all this, from Tomo, tumbleweed. No folks, it was Obama and Clinton who wrecked US Democracy.

Draw your own conclusions.

The 5th Amendment seems likely to get some (more) heavy use from Barry's Boys

Obama has a rich legacy of using the federal government as a political weapon and it would be foolish to think he suddenly started restraining himself, when he was never held to account by either the media or Democrats in power.

Remember, Obama’s Justice Department secretly subpoenaed the private phone records of Associated Press editors and reporters. It was pure spying.

Fox News reporter James Rosen and his family were wiretapped.

Former CBS news reporter Sharyl Attkisson’s computer was hacked by the government.

Add to these incidents the harassment of conservative 501(c)(4) organizations by Obama’s IRS, and the mercenary nature of the Obama administration reveals itself.
