Discussion > President Trump

When are you going to apologise for all your lies?

Immediately after you name one. But backing up your insults with examples, facts or evidence is not really your thing is it?

TTFN.

The Mike Flynn business gets murkier - the first judge recused himself (after accepting the plea ... ) - the new judge has formally demanded all discoverable evidence be delivered to the defense team... - and hence casts doubt on the plea.... because he can see that Mueller's people have withheld evidence? - that's a fact - there are also rumors that the original judge was involved in OK-ing the first FISA warrants - that's pretty bad.

sniff, sniff .... what's that noise ? bums squeaking?

and Mueller indicts what are likely a bunch of random? Russian "trolls" - and the media scamper around bleating about 'doze 'wikkid 'wushins

The shit show rumbles on.

The BBC are simply disgraceful in UK domestic reporting on Mueller's indictments. HERE

The BBC are morphing into an even bigger national embarrassment than before. I bet the BBC's web presence two-faced-ness towards USA IP addresses is absolutely epic - I noticed a while back that they're cautious enough to even deliver non US coverage to well known US VPN end points - as evidenced by busts in content with archive.org.

CNN audiences are down 30% on same time last year - if the BBC's news/current affairs audience were falling I doubt they'd actually volunteer it - I know several people who won't listen to BBC R4 now and have switched to podcasts and audio books in their cars.

Actually, it is the Gergis Australia study, Joelle and her team have corrected the various issue and resubmitted the study and it has been reviewed and accepted, in the face of the usual denier unpleasantness.

Conclusion:"Overall, we are confident that observed temperatures in Australasia have been warmer in the past 30 years than every other 30-year period over the entire millennium (90% confidence based on 12,000 reconstructions, developed using four independent statistical methods and three different data subsets). Importantly, the climate modelling component of our study also shows that only human-caused greenhouse emissions can explain the recent warming recorded in our region."

Add it to the list.

How many times do you want me to post this?

The fact that Climate Science has not seen fit to retract Gergis 2016, just confirms that Climate Science is not fit for purpose.

If Mann stopped evading the Legal Action that he instigated, he might seem more credible.

How many times has it been suggested that Climate Science should get honest about Mann's Hockey Stick?

Trying to accuse others, whilst avoiding admitting your own faults, failures and shortcomings, is Denial. Shouldn't you take your complaints to William M Connolley, the UK Green Party, the Green Blob and the original Hockey Teamsters?

Which bits of Climate Science are worth keeping? No one will believe you in particular, if you claim it should all be kept. That would involve keeping Gergis 2016, which you claim proves Mann's Hockey Stick. Either way, you need to acknowledge whether you lied about Mann of Gergis or both, which won't endear you to Climate Scientists.

Climate Science has depended on self appointed Peer Review. The EPA might as well discard those Climate Science papers that a self appointed panel reviews, and fails to approve.

Oh Dear.....

well no - actually quite delicious - it'll be interesting to see if anybody waves it at him and his reaction.

Michael Moore appeared at a 'wikkid 'wushin sponsored anti Trump demo

rope-a-dope?

Is there any reason why the "Russians" shouldn't start accusing Mueller of something? It does not need to be true, or particularly serious, but if they do it enough times, they might strike lucky.

What made him back Sanders?

I confess to some sympathy long ago for what I thought were admirable attempts on Moore's part to stand up for Flint. I didn't then know the back story.

Backing Sanders ? - I dunno - he's acquired millions hustling around / indulging fashionable lefty causes.

Comes over these days as a gullible deluded twit who's made his mind up before he sees the evidence and definitely before he's thunk things thru. Could do with loosing a few pounds too.

He could become a Climate Science expert, and gain millions more pounds of other people's money.

I can only guess why he campaigned for Sanders, and not St Hillary. He must have some behind the scenes footage or knowledge of Team Clinton's dirty tricks, but has put the documentary on hold. Did it involve Russians or Uranium or Whitewater or Lewinsky, or ... The possibilities are endless.

If his Left Wing Socialist Ideology is genuine, nothing wrong with that, then I hope he approves of Trump's efforts to halt and reverse Climate Science's destruction of US industry, manufacturing and jobs.

I wondered if Moore had accumulated some of his fortune via donations from the Chavez crew who funded everybody's favorite anti-fracker Josh Fox. Nettling the gringos was quite an industry down in Venezuela for a while - and Moore sure can be irritating.

tomo,
Unless very greedy, he would not need to receive dodgy money, his films have been financially successful.

He may have lost some dosh on his latest project, (from Wikipedia):

"The pre-release subtitle of the film confirms the allusion: "The temperature at which freedom burns."[citation needed]As of August 2012, Fahrenheit 9/11 is the highest-grossing documentary of all time, taking in over US$200 million worldwide, including United States box office revenue of almost US$120 million.[2] In February 2011, Moore sued producers Bob and Harvey Weinstein for US$2.7 million in unpaid profits from the film, claiming they used "Hollywood accounting tricks" to avoid paying him the money.[34] In February 2012, Moore and the Weinsteins informed the court that they had settled their dispute."

"Fahrenheit 11/9
in May 2017, it was announced that Moore had reunited with Harvey Weinstein to direct his new film about Donald Trump, titled Fahrenheit 11/9[48], expected in "late spring" of 2018.[49] The title refers to the day when Donald Trump officially became President-elect of the United States."

Moore and Weinstein suing each other, and then teaming up against Trump? The Film could win an Oscar for Best Hypocrisy and Double Standards

Moore is now a go-to film maker - but the step change from say a 3 man garden shed crew to a feature film is massive - I'd bet that a close look at his career trajectory will reveal somebody piling in with funding (and insisting on a "hands-on producer") - in the expectation of causing discomfort rather than any immediate financial objective in terms of bums on seats.

He fell out with Weinstein? - I missed that - he'll likely use that in his "mee too" I'm a victim as well bits....

So he'll now be making a movie about the piss-poor state of actual enforcement of existing gun control rules, Democratic Floridian mental health provision and the hubristic incompetence of the FBI ?

Stefan Molyneaux's pretty sober itemisation of the awkward background to the school shooting looks like Moore territory.....

Closer to home, what have the Czechs ever done for us?

Presumably we can sleep easy, because there wasn't a Red Russian spy under Corbyn's Bed. Abbott might have put the squeeze on him.

As the US National Rifle Association keep telling everyone (whether they are bored with listening to them or not), it is enshrined in the US Constitution that every American has a right to be shot by a another American, with a legally owned firearm.

The FBI must have been too busy making stuff up, to deal with an obvious risk, that existing Legislation might have allowed them to deal with.

That the NRA keep getting very serious stick for stuff that they don't actually have any direct control over is easily remedied.... - make the NRA responsible for gun licensing, break firearms out of the ATF.

cue : some pretty serious shrieking .....

Feb 19, 2018 at 12:21 PM | Registered Commentertomo

tomo, something needs to be done about US Gun Laws. If they cannot even enforce the inadequate ones they already have, there is little point.

I have no idea what percentage of these mass shootings have been carried out with Legally owned firearms. There are so many Legally owned Firearms already, and a vast number of unlicenced people owning firearms that would not be legal to own.

and... the utterly toxic slobs in the MSM persist with misrepresenting the actual situation....

CBS News called out by Dan Bongino

It's of note that Mueller's indictments of Russians have whoah!! election tampering! by foreigners! in the press releases - and even in the body text of the indictments themselves - SIGNIFICANT BUT - the *actual* charges laid - as in the offences that - if said Rusiians ever turned up in the USA - they would be charged with don't mention election tampering at all - nowhere near it.

The reason Mueller and the MSM are talking up indictments of Russians but *not mentioning the actual charges* is that if they charged the Russians with election tampering - they'd have to go after Christopher Steele, Fusion GPS, The DNC and The Clinton Campaign.

It looks like calendars and where Russian money was spent are proving embarrassing for Democrats and Mueller etc.
